This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineering professional to join a busy project delivery team, overseeing civil engineering inspections within a social housing environment and providing technical advice, guidance and reporting to senior management. Key Responsibilities Carry out civil engineering inspections within a social housing setting. Monitor contract performance and ensure works are delivered to the required standards. Provide professional advice, guidance and technical support to senior management. Prepare accurate reports and performance information. Manage and supervise staff within the Contract and Performance Team. Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and organisational procedures. Liaise with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders to support effective project delivery. Essential Criteria Applicants must have: A Civil Engineering Degree.
