With ambitious plans across fleet, leasing, salary sacrifice and corporate channels, they are seeking an experienced Contract Hire and Leasing Manager to drive strategic partnerships and commercial performance within the leasing sector. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the UK leasing and contract hire strategy. Build and manage relationships with major leasing and fleet operators. Grow vehicle registrations through broker, leasing and salary sacrifice channels. Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership programmes. Work closely with finance, marketing and sales teams to optimise market performance. Analyse competitor activity, market trends and portfolio performance. Deliver accurate forecasts and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Support dealer network development within the corporate and fleet sector.
