This will be a hybrid working role, which requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, and we can offer the contract on an outside IR35 basis. Ideally, we are looking for an individual with a law degree (or similar) and proven experience on a similar role, ideally within the commercial phase for wind offshore projects. It would also be very advantageous to possess strong legal expertise, including LOGIC, FIDIC, Incoterms, and both common and civil law systems with a focus on contract law and partnership agreements.
