Job Title: Contract Support Administrator Location: Cambridge Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pmBuild Recruitment are seeking a highly organised and proactive Contract Support Administrator to join the Facilities Management (FM) contract team supporting a Government Contract. Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day administrative support for the FM contract.Assist with scheduling, reporting, and compliance documentation.Liaise with engineers, contractors, and client representatives to ensure smooth service delivery.Maintain accurate records and contract-related data.Support the team with invoicing, purchase orders, and general office administration. Requirements:Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within facilities management or a related sector.Strong organisational and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.Must hold (or be able to obtain) a valid DBS and BPSS clearance.
