This is a senior, site-wide role within a large and complex food manufacturing operation that has ambitious improvement plans and significant investment behind them. You ll join the Site Leadership Team, lead three experienced CI professionals and have the visibility to influence decisions across the entire operation. The foundations are already in place. Your job is to take them further. That means leading major improvement and automation projects, developing capability across the site and delivering measurable gains in productivity, cost, waste and efficiency.
