The RoleYou will be actively working on the shop floor, partnering closely with production teams and senior leadership to identify efficiencies, streamline manufacturing methods, and drive business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesSpend significant time on the shop floor analysing current engineering processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing practical method improvements.Coordinate shop-floor CI activities, track measurable progress, and report key metrics to the Senior Management Team.Work in partnership with senior managers to plan, lead, and execute operational changes that support business growth.Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and technical specifications to ensure manufacturing feasibility and process compliance.Champion a safety-first culture and enforce strict adherence to active 5S standards across the facility.
