Continuous Improvement Manager

We are recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Manager to work on a permanent basis near Ashton Under Lyne. Salary is c 45-47,000 per annum plus 25 days'' holiday and bank holidays, company bonus, pension, healthcare etc. About the Continuous Improvement Manager role: This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong engineering background who is passionate about driving operational excellence, improving manufacturing processes, and supporting business growth. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities to increase efficiency, and help implement strategic improvements across the manufacturing operation. Key Responsibilities for the Continuous Improvement Manager: Lead and coordinate continuous improvement projects across the business. Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, productivity, quality, and overall operational performance. Monitor, measure, and report the progress of improvement initiatives to senior management. Work collaboratively with departmental managers to deliver operational and business improvement projects. Analyse existing processes and recommend practical solutions that deliver measurable results. Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to support process improvements.
