Continuous Improvement Manager

As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will leave and develop the Continuous Improvement (CI) function and deliverables within the operation, providing management expertise, coaching and guidance on all CI activities.This is a full time, permanent on site position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00. Pay, benefits and more:We''re looking to offer a salary of up to £55,000.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discountsWhat you''ll do on a typical day:Work with the operation teams to ensure end to end process flows, variation and data are understood to enable effective CI effortsTurn data analysis into insights that is timely, accurate and relevant, that can be used to drive positive actions across the site Capture and coordinate all continuous improvement projects, providing in the roll out of successful projectsLiaise with senior management team to identify and achieve pre-determined target savings for the site through Value Stream Mapping and other activities What you need to succeed at ..... full job details .....
