The Role As Continuous Improvement Manager, you''ll champion operational excellence across Bodycote''s UK HIP and Precision Heat Treatment operations, leading initiatives that improve productivity, quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you''ll use Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methodologies to deliver measurable business improvements.
