Continuous Improvement Manager
Position Summary The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across warehouse functions by identifying performance gaps, reducing waste, improving workflow efficiency, and enhancing productivity. This role partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Technical, and Leadership teams to implement Lean methodologies, optimize processes, and support sustainable performance improvement initiatives across the facility. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence and CI Strategy Lead the development and execution of a Continuous Improvement (CI) roadmap aligned with warehouse KPIs and business objectives. Evaluate end-to-end warehouse processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Implement Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and Kaizen methodologies to reduce waste and improve operational flow. Performance Management Monitor operational metrics (productivity, accuracy, throughput, labour utilization, cost per unit, service levels). Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) for performance issues and develop corrective action plans. Develop and maintain standardized work instructions and process maps to support operational consistency. Partner with Operations leadership to define performance targets and track progress against weekly and monthly KPIs. Project Leadership Manage CI projects from assessment to implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met.
