Are you an experienced Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence leader who can turn business challenges into practical improvements and deliver measurable results? As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you''ll be both strategic and hands-on, working with teams on the shop floor and senior stakeholders to drive improvements and deliver results. Continuous Improvement Leader Permanent Salary is up to £70,000 depending on experience Monday- Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm Friday 7:30am-12:30pm Kingsbury, Greater London Continuous Improvement Leader Job Description Lead the continuous improvement strategy across the site and ensure it supports overall business objectives. Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities across safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, productivity and capacity. Lead cross-functional improvement projects from initial idea through to implementation and long term sustainability. Build business cases for improvement projects, including costs, benefits, resources and expected return. Introduce and embed Lean and Continuous Improvement tools, including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping etc. Continuous Improvement Leader Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Strong practical knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
