Continuous Improvement Lead

Peabody is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive transformation, performance and compliance across our M&E function.

Working with senior leaders, operational teams and contractors, you''ll lead improvement initiatives, use data and insight to identify opportunities, strengthen governance and compliance, and deliver better outcomes for residents.

Hybrid working: Minimum 2 days per week in our Waterloo office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and transformation programmes.
• Use data and Power BI reporting to drive service improvements.
• Review processes, complaints and escalated cases to improve performance.
• Manage projects, contractor performance and compliance activities.
• Provide assurance on resident safety, statutory compliance and Awaab''s Law requirements.

About you

• Experience leading continuous improvement, transformation or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong project management and change delivery experience.
• Excellent analytical skills, including Power BI and performance reporting.
• Experience improving processes, managing complaints and handling escalated cases.
• Knowledge of compliance, governance and contractor management within a regulated environment.
