Continuous Improvement Lead Permanent Salary is up to £55,000 Monday- Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm Friday 7:30am-12:30pm Wembley, Greater London Continuous Improvement Lead Job Description Lead the continuous improvement strategy across the site and ensure it supports overall business objectives. Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities across safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, productivity and capacity. Lead cross-functional improvement projects from initial idea through to implementation and long term sustainability. Build business cases for improvement projects, including costs, benefits, resources and expected return. Introduce and embed Lean and Continuous Improvement tools, including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping etc. Continuous Improvement Lead Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Strong practical knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies. A proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in areas such as productivity, quality, cost, delivery and capacity.
