Working closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will identify and implement opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency and productivity, supporting the ongoing development of processes and operational performance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a process improvement role within a fast-paced manufacturing or engineering environment. The Role Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities across the business. Analyse processes and performance data to identify waste, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities. Assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Develop and implement process improvements.
