Candidates are sought with a good understanding of CNC machining processes and will have worked in a fast paced highly regulated manufacturing environment (aerospace, automotive, defence, etc) The Role Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and optimise manufacturing processes. Analyse production data, identify trends, and develop action plans. Asses and improve machining operations, including machine utilisation, tooling performance and workflow efficiency.
