Reporting to the Manufacturing Design Engineering Manager, the Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements using methodologies including Lean and Six Sigma to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and improve quality, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
