You''ll lead improvement projects, coach teams, embed best practice, and help optimise manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities Deliver Lean Six Sigma training and coach employees at all levels. Support Manufacturing Engineering teams with Lean tools including PFMEA, Process Capability and Line Balancing. Develop and maintain Lean manufacturing standards and best practices. Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Facilitate root cause analysis and structured problem-solving activities. Use Value Stream Mapping and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities. Monitor and report on KPIs relating to quality, productivity, and cost savings.
