Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator

A leading, FMCG manufacturer is looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator to spearhead the rollout of Lean and CI projects across their factory site. This is a pivotal, days-based position where you will directly influence production efficiency, eliminate waste, and elevate product quality. Key Responsibilities of the CI Coordinator As CI Coordinator, you won''t just follow processes you will build a culture of excellence. Your core focus will include: Championing Lean Initiatives: Present, facilitate, and lead high-impact Lean improvement events and workshops across the factory. Data-Driven Problem Solving: Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis, leverage Business Central Data, and use precise measurement methods to map and document clear process improvements. Strategic Reporting: Develop and deliver concise reports to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), tracking milestones, engagement, and alignment with our global Lean agenda. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with floor-level production teams to identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and streamline information flow across departments. Safety Leadership: Proactively integrate safety awareness into every improvement strategy ensuring efficiency never comes at the cost of safety.
