You''ll lead Lean improvement initiatives, build training and competency programmes, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the business.This is a hands-on role where you''ll work closely with leaders and teams to improve productivity, quality, safety, and employee engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesContinuous ImprovementLead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and 5S improvement initiatives.Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, cost and delivery through data analysis and process optimisation.Facilitate root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.Lead value stream mapping and standardisation projects.Develop and monitor KPIs to measure improvement performance.Support cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets.Training and DevelopmentDevelop and deliver the company training and competency strategy.Identify skills gaps and coordinate technical, operational, leadership and compliance training.Maintain training matrices and competency records.Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.Coach managers in employee development and support succession planning.LeadershipChampion a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.Lead improvement workshops and training sessions.Support ..... full job details .....
