The applicant will provide an evidence-based view of how tenders are produced, and how assumptions, cost build-ups, and commercial treatments are applied consistently across project tenders. This will involve commercial and process analysis, ensuring consistency across the portfolio, and investigating new ways to provide cost transparency. The role does not own tender prices or bid decisions, but is expected to identify inconsistency, error, and risk. Responsibilities Review as-built cable schedules and compare quantities against live projects in order to mitigate design risk. Review live and completed tenders against the governing tender process and gate requirements, checking that required deliverables are complete and internally consistent.
