The Role :As a

Contentious Probate Solicitor , you will manage a

diverse and high-quality caseload

of probate disputes, including:Will challenges, trust disputes, and inheritance claimsContentious estate administrationClaims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975Representing clients in mediation, settlement negotiations, and court proceedingsYou will play a key role in business development, building strong relationships with clients, families, trustees, and high-net-worth individuals, while working within a team of respected experts.
