Contentious Probate Solicitor Location: Hale Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience and candidate expectations About the Firm An established and growing law firm is expanding its specialist contentious probate practice following a substantial increase in work generated through its successful marketing activity. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contentious Probate Lawyer to take ownership of a busy and dedicated practice, with scope to play a key role in its continued development. The Role We are seeking an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor to lead and develop the firm''s contentious probate practice. The role is focused specifically on contentious probate matters rather than non-contentious wills work. You will report directly to the Head of Litigation and will take responsibility for managing your own caseload while providing leadership, supervision and support to the existing team. You will have the opportunity to shape the practice as it continues to grow and manage a strong and potentially increasing flow of work.
