You''ll work alongside experienced specialists on high-quality matters while developing your own client relationships and technical expertise. The Opportunity Joining an established disputes practice, you will advise clients from the outset of a matter through to resolution, whether by negotiation, mediation or formal court proceedings. You''ll have exposure to a broad range of contentious trust and estate matters and work closely with colleagues across the firm''s Private Client, Property and Litigation teams. The role offers a strong balance of responsibility and support, making it ideal for a Solicitor looking to continue developing their expertise within this specialist area. Typical Work Includes Inheritance Act claims Will validity disputes, including issues of capacity, undue influence and lack of knowledge and approval Executor and trustee disputes Removal and replacement of personal representatives and trustees Trust litigation Estate administration disputes Proprietary estoppel claims Beneficial ownership and estate-related property disputes Advising on settlement strategies and alternative ..... full job details .....
