Contentious Probate Solicitor, 8-10 Years PQE, Birmingham, £55,000+ (DOE). A new opportunity for an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor to join a busy team in Birmingham. JOB REF:5337.
THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of contentious probate matters, with significant client contact and the opportunity to contribute to business development and the continued growth of the practice.
• You will supervise and mentor more junior members of the team.
• Support the continued growth and reputation of the firm’s dispute resolution offering
• Working collaboratively within the wider team to meet client needs
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Contentious Probate Solicitors with a minimum of 8 Years PQE.
• You will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• Proactive, commercially aware, and enthusiastic about business development
