This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior contentious probate lawyer looking to develop their career within a nationally recognised practice, working alongside experienced specialists on a varied and interesting caseload. THE ROLE You will join a busy Contentious Probate team advising on a broad range of disputes relating to wills, trusts and estates. Matters will include: • Inheritance Act claims • Challenges to the validity of wills • Will, trust and estate disputes • Breaches of trust • Applications for the removal of executors and trustees • Contentious estate administration • Other related contentious private client matters You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, develop strong client relationships and work on matters of varying value and complexity, including high-net-worth disputes.
