The RoleYou''ll work alongside supportive Private Client and Dispute Resolution teams handling a diverse caseload of contentious probate matters, including:Challenges to wills (validity, undue influence, testamentary capacity).Inheritance Act claims for family and dependants.Executor and trustee disputes.Estate administration and interpretation issues.Court of Protection disputes (where applicable)

About YouA Solicitor or CILEx with solid experience (3+ years) in contentious probate.At ease with sensitive, emotionally charged client matters often involving high-net-worth estates.Commercially savvy, with a clear and strategic approach to advice.Organised, proactive, and collaborative in style.Eager to build your profile and deepen client relationships in this niche field.Bonus: ACTAPS membership or working towards it is a plus but not essential.
