We’re looking for an organised, detail-driven Workflow Administrator to join our fast-paced team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth and effective management of content workflow tickets via JIRA. You will triage and allocate incoming requests, maintain clear status tracking, and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive resolution and process efficiency.Key Responsibilities
Review and triage new tickets raised by internal stakeholders and clientsEnsure all necessary information is provided and tickets are correctly categorisedAllocate tickets to appropriate teams in line with roadmap prioritiesCollaborate with the Content Planner to manage priorities effectivelyMaintain accurate ticket statuses and categories within JIRAIdentify and remove blockers by liaising with relevant teamsMonitor ticket progress, ensuring timelines are metAct as a central point of contact for all workflow-related updatesProvide timely communication on ticket status and progressEscalate delays or issues to relevant stakeholders as neededIdentify trends or recurring issues in ticket workflows and propose solutions for process optimisationEnsure the workflow management process evolves to meet the needs of the business and stakeholdersConduct ad hoc administrative tasks and optimisation requests as required, supporting agile responses to evolving business needsRespect the value of information by following Likewize''s data protection / information security policies and proceduresAbout You
Experience and Skills
Previous experience with JIRA or similar workflow management toolsExperience in workflow, project coordination, or administrative rolesStrong organisational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectivelyProactive, solutions-focused, and self-motivatedComfortable working independently and in a teamFlexible and adaptable to evolving business needsWhat do we offer?
