The business is fast-paced, ambitious, and focused on delivering commercially successful marketing content. About the Role This is a hands-on Content Strategist role combining strategic thinking with content creation. You''ll own content strategy across video and written channels, define what the business says and where it says it, and help build scalable content processes. You''ll work closely with senior marketing leaders while coaching and supporting a Content Creator. Key Responsibilities Own the content strategy across video and written content. Manage the editorial calendar across multiple channels. Develop audience-focused content plans aligned to commercial goals. Lead video content direction across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Brief, coach and support the Content Creator. Define and maintain tone of voice and editorial standards. Support SEO-focused content planning and delivery. Analyse content performance and continuously improve content strategy. Experience with marketing for considered purchase Experience owning content strategy rather than solely executing it. Strong understanding of short-form video and audience engagement.
