Job Title: Content Retoucher Location: London, SW11 8BZ (Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite) Duration: 12-month contract initially Rate range: £285 to 345 per day on PAYE Summary: We''re looking for a Content Retoucher to support the delivery of artwork for original TV shows and films on platform. Working closely alongside our content designers and art directors, you''ll take approved concepts and compositions through to final, pixel-perfect execution - ensuring every image is production-ready, consistent, and true to the creative direction established for each title. This role sits downstream of concept and design, focusing on the craft of finishing: high end retouching, clean compositing, and precise grading across cover art. You''ll work from layered files, unit photography, and episodic stills, and will often be the last set of hands on an asset before final production and publishing. As an experienced member of the team, you''re expected to work entirely autonomously, exercise strong craft judgment on ambiguous or complex assets, set technical standards for the team. Key Responsibilities: Take design approved compositions through to fully finished, on-platform-ready artwork.
