Configure and maintain content operations tools, including Adobe Workfront for project management and proofing, and Frame.io for file retrieval and collaboration. Onboard agencies on asset specifications, naming conventions, delivery requirements and platform usage. Provide ongoing technical guidance to agencies, project managers and project owners on asset setup, delivery feasibility and production workflow requirements. Support quality control processes by ensuring assets are delivered with the correct format, naming, structure, metadata and technical setup; assist in reviewing QC reports when needed, and explain quality issues back to agencies where required.
