Overview

This is a part-time role (21 hours a week) and is FTC for 12 months. It offers a competitive salary, hybrid working (London office on Tuesdays), 28 days holiday a year (for a full-time role) plus Bank Holidays and a pension scheme offering 6% in year one. (This is the FTE.)Salary

40,000 – 46,000 per annum (this will be pro rated 24,000 - £27,600 for 21 hours per week)This role is 21 hours a week comprising of a Tuesday in-office day and either Thursday/Friday (and one other day of your choice).Only applications that include a cover letter will be considered. Working with our seasonal and in-house testing team, you will define the content strategy for evolving topic areas, and commission and edit work for digital and print outputs in line with the overarching content strategy. You will work on diverse topics and provide engaging consumer-focused content that offers Which? Value to satisfy our members and prospective members.Key responsibilities

To work with editorial stakeholders, channel and product teams to efficiently and effectively ensure content is forward planned, published to deadline and of high quality.To understand and act upon consumer and customer insight and market and competitor trends in collaboration with the Customer and Product teams and use these insights to meet KPIs related to acquisition, engagement and retention.To define the content strategy for a topic, topic area or channel, and commission and edit work for digital and print outputs in line with the overarching content strategy, ensuring consumer focus and attention to detail and choosing the most relevant, robust and cost-effective approach.About you

You will be a self-starter who enjoys working with other teams to create engaging, consumer-focused content that meets KPIs.You will have a track record of commissioning and editing content for print and online, including reviews content.You will have knowledge of SEO, digital CMS publishing platforms and digital analytics to translate into optimised content that meets house standards and engages our audience.You are skilled at identifying trends and stories and turning them into compelling content.Not only will you have excellent writing and editing skills, but you will be confident working with and from data.You have a flexible approach with the ability to support, promote and embrace change.Interview process
