We do this by supporting schools, colleges, and nurseries to improve teaching and learning through better use of evidence. We generate research evidence on effective practice in supporting learning outcomes and narrowing the socioeconomic attainment gap, and we work with education professionals to ensure this evidence is applied to achieve the maximum possible benefit for children and young people. The EEF’s reach and impact have been tremendous: the English education system is now one of the most evidence-informed in the world. As a Content Development Officer, you will support the planning, development, and organisation of media and digital content that helps educators access and apply evidence in practice.Specifically, you will help plan, curate and deliver high quality media products including videos, podcasts, blogs and case studies, ensuring they are accurate, engaging and accessible across early years, schools and post-16 networks.You will also provide logistical and administrative support for the Research Schools Network and liaise with colleagues across the organisation to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and timely communications.Additionally, You Will

To be considered as a Content Development Officer, you will need:Relevant work experience, for example providing logistical and administrative support in an organisation or schoolProven experience of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and delivering high volumes of work to a high standardExperience with MS Office (Excel and Word) and confidence with digital tools such as Google Drive, Teams, and ZoomA track record of supporting complex initiatives and project managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive stakeholder relationshipsA genuine interest in education, equity, and supporting the development of school-facing resourcesWillingness to travel nationally and stay overnight occasionallyPlease note, all applicants must already have the right to work in the UK, as we regret this role does not qualify for a Skilled Worker visa.
