You''ll work as part of a multidisciplinary product and design team alongside UX Designers, Product Owners, Researchers and other Content Designers to create clear, useful and customer-focused digital experiences. The role offers a varied mix of product development, BAU activity and customer campaigns, giving you the opportunity to influence both everyday customer experiences and high-profile initiatives. The Project A key focus of the role will be the Challenges feature within Rewards. Challenges are designed to encourage customers to adopt positive financial behaviours and reward them for doing so. You''ll play an important role in understanding customer needs and translating those insights into engaging, accessible and easy-to-understand digital experiences. Alongside this product work, you''ll also support BAU activity and customer campaigns, including high-profile seasonal campaigns. Essential Experience Strong, recent experience working specifically as a Content Designer. Experience collaborating closely with UX/Product Designers.
