You''ll use evidence, user research and data to understand user needs and design content that helps people successfully navigate services and complete their goals.This is a hands-on role requiring someone comfortable working within complex public sector environments and collaborating closely with user researchers, service designers, interaction designers, product managers and other delivery professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, create and iterate clear, accessible and user-centred content across digital services.Use user research, analytics and other evidence to make informed content decisions.Translate complex information, policy and processes into content that is easy for users to understand and act upon.Map and understand user journeys to ensure content supports the end-to-end service experience.Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary Agile teams.Develop and maintain content patterns, standards and guidance.Prototype and test content with users, iterating based on evidence and ..... full job details .....
