Content Designer - GDS Experience Required Hybrid - Newcastle £300 per day (Inside IR35) 6-12 Month Contract We''re currently looking for an experienced Content Designer to join a high-profile public sector programme delivering user-centred digital services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Government Digital Service (GDS) experience who is passionate about creating clear, accessible and user-focused content that helps citizens successfully interact with government services. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop content for digital services in line with GDS standards and principles.Work closely with User Researchers, Service Designers, Business Analysts and Developers within agile multidisciplinary teams.Create clear, concise and accessible content based on user needs and evidence.Conduct content audits, reviews and iterations to continuously improve user journeys.Ensure all content meets accessibility requirements and follows GOV.UK style guidelines.Contribute to content strategy and support service assessments where required.Essential Skills andamp; ExperienceProven experience working as a Content Designer within GDS/government environments.Strong understanding of GOV.UK style guides, accessibility standards and service manual principles.Experience designing content for complex digital services.Ability to use research insights and data to inform content decisions.Comfortable working in agile delivery teams.Excellent stakeholder management and ..... full job details .....
