The successful candidate will work across various platforms and touchpoints, with a focus on creating clear, accessible, and user-centred content that aligns with GDS standards.This role requires someone confident working independently across all stages of design-from research and ideation through to delivery and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver clear, accessible content in line with the GDS (Government Digital Service) standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including service designers, user researchers, and developersUse evidence, data and research to make content decisions and iterate based on feedbackEnsure content reflects the organisation''s tone of voice, brand and valuesSimplify complex information and processes using plain EnglishContribute to and maintain content strategies and style guidesEngage with stakeholders and manage relationships effectivelySupport continuous improvement practices (eg Agile, Lean methodologies)Mandatory Skills andamp; ExperienceExperience with the Power ..... full job details .....
