Content Creator Coach Remote (UK) Full-time Datalaw is looking for a creative and engaging Content Creator Coach to support apprentices as they develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed for roles in digital content creation. You''ll deliver online teaching, provide 1:1 coaching, review creative work, and guide learners through their apprenticeship journey. What you''ll do: Deliver online workshops and 1:1 coaching Support apprentices to meet all KSB requirements Review creative work including video, graphics, copy and social content Track progress, OTJ hours and compliance Hold monthly learning meetings and tripartite reviews Support portfolio development and EPA preparation Maintain accurate records and uphold Ofsted/DfE standards What you''ll need: Strong industry experience in content creation, digital marketing or social media Excellent communication, coaching and organisational skills Ability to give constructive feedback on creative work Desirable: Relevant qualification in content creation, digital marketing or media Teaching/coaching qualification or willingness to work towards one Assessor/IQA experience Experience supporting apprenticeships What we offer Competitive salary Generous holiday allowance and buy / sell holiday scheme Medical cash plan Company pension We take safeguarding seriously and are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all learners.
