An exciting global entertainment brand is looking for a Content Production Business Analyst to join their Content Production team, supporting the delivery and optimisation of digital content experiences across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Remote role but must in the UK London office attendance required for equipment collection Contract until 31st March 2027, with strong potential for extension Start date: 12/10/2026 Up to £310pd Inside IR35 The Job As the Content Production Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include: Owning and executing UAT cycles for CMS releases and platform updates. Working closely with Content Production, Product Managers, Engineers and Project Managers to gather and document requirements. Ensuring content workflows are aligned with business requirements and operating efficiently. Supporting the day-to-day administration and operation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Troubleshooting publishing, authoring and platform configuration issues. Creating and refining Jira tickets, user stories and acceptance criteria. Supporting release validation, defect management and regression testing activities. Maintaining platform documentation, knowledge bases and user guidance materials. Managing stakeholder communications around releases, platform updates and operational changes. Supporting content publishing and production readiness during key launches and campaigns.
