Content Assistant Salary: £30,000 £35,000Location: Hayes, MiddlesexWorking Pattern: 4 days office-based per week We are recruiting for a Content Assistant to join a busy E-commerce and Marketing team within an established, consumer-focused organisation. This is a great opportunity for a strong writer with a genuine interest in digital content, SEO and AI to develop their career within a growing E-commerce environment. The successful candidate will have an English Literature degree from a UK university and will be confident creating engaging, accurate and commercially focused written content. You will also have a good understanding of how AI is used within content creation and digital marketing, alongside knowledge of SEO, including meta titles, meta descriptions and keyword optimisation. The Role Working closely with the Marketing and E-commerce teams, you will help create, manage and optimise digital content across websites, email campaigns, brochures and third-party platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring content is accurate, engaging, on-brand and optimised to support both organic traffic and online sales. Key Responsibilities Create and edit engaging website, product, blog and promotional content. Upload and maintain product listings across websites and third-party marketplaces. Write and optimise product descriptions, landing pages and other digital content. Ensure website content is accurate, consistent and aligned with brand guidelines.
