The role will involve manual handling and heavy lifting throughout the shift. Duties: Unloading products from a shipping container Moving stock safely into the warehouse or designated area Working efficiently as part of a team Following health and safety procedures at all times Requirements: Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Able to undertake repetitive lifting and carrying Reliable and punctual Safety boots required Please note: Some items may weigh up to 8kg, and the role will involve continuous lifting throughout the 4-hour shift.
