This is a physically demanding role suited to candidates who are comfortable with manual handling and fast-paced warehouse work. The Role You will be responsible for unloading containers by hand, moving stock safely and efficiently within the warehouse. The work involves: Heavy lifting Awkward and repetitive lifting Handballing stock from containers Working as part of a team to meet unloading targets General warehouse duties as required You can expect to unload roughly 2 containers per day, depending on volume and delivery schedules.
