Contact Worker Location: 90 Highlever Road, W10 6PN Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 2+ Months Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week Pay Rate: £ 17.73per hour Job Ref: (phone number removed) Responsibilities Supervise and facilitate contact sessions between children and their families, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Maintain accurate and detailed records of each contact session, documenting observations and any concerns. Work collaboratively with social workers and other professionals to support the needs of children and their families. Implement safeguarding policies and procedures to protect children and vulnerable families. Provide feedback and reports to the relevant authorities regarding the progress and outcomes of contact sessions. Person Specification Experience in supervising contact sessions, particularly with children and vulnerable families. Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, families, and professionals. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the varying needs of children and families. Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and reporting requirements efficiently.
