Contact Centre Supervisor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Aftersales Contact Advisor in Southampton, Hampshire. Duties as a Contact Centre Supervisor will include:

• Managing customer enquiries efficiently via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
• Providing accurate information regarding service and aftersales requirements
• Building long-term customer relationships to promote loyalty
• Scheduling appointments and follow-up tasks to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and service histories
• Collaborating with workshop and sales teams to optimise customer experience
• Handling customer complaints effectively to resolve issues promptly
• Promoting additional products and services where appropriate to maximise dealership revenue

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Aftersales Advisor, Service Advisor, or similar role within the motor trade
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of vehicle service processes and dealership operations
• A professional and proactive approach to customer engagement
• Full UK driving licence is desirable
