The Role

Following a comprehensive four-week induction and training programme, you will become a key point of contact for customers, handling inbound telephone enquiries on behalf of a wide range of businesses across sectors including property, legal, healthcare and financial services. You''ll work as the first point of call for all callers, so an upbeat andamp; personable attitude is required at all times.
You will provide a professional and friendly service, answer customer calls, accurately record information, and ensure messages are relayed efficiently using internal systems.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, multitasking and delivering a high standard of customer care. You won''t be dealing with any billing or account issues but provide a comprehensive messaging service andamp; set a task for a callback.
No previous call handling experience is required. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy helping people and thrive in a busy environment, we''d love to hear from you.
