      <description>Location: East Grinstead | Salary: &amp;pound;26728/annum | Type: Permanent | Morgan McKinley is looking for Contact Centre Agents to work for a lovely company based in the East Grinstead, West Sussex area. The main purpose of the Contact Centre Agent of job is to provide an excellent Customer Service, handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints via Inbound calls, outbound calls, e-mail, Web Chat and/or social media as required.   Salary:  -26,728 + excellent company benefits   Location:  East Grinstead, hybrid working options after training   Start date:  18th May 2026   Customer Service - Call Centre duties:    Answer customer calls and handle queries  Respond to customer emails and live web chat  Provide a high level customer advice and information service to customers  Support and assist colleagues through sharing of knowledge and experience   Handle customer complaints       Skills &amp; Experience Required:    Previous experience of customer service/care within a busy Call/Contact Centre environment.  Good communication skills, both verbal and written.  Knowledge of Microsoft Office.  Ability to demonstrate a confident, empathetic approach to customer service  &lt;/ul</description>
