Contact Centre Agent

We’re hiring 8 motivated Contact Centre Agents to join our client’s expanding outbound team. This isn’t cold calling, you’ll be speaking with warm leads who’ve already expressed interest, arranging appointments for the field-based sales consultants to visit.

The Role:

• Outbound calls only- no cold calling

• Follow up on inbound leads and set up appointments

• Speak with 30-40 customers per day

Shifts Available:

1. Afternoon & Saturday Shift (3 roles available)

• Mon–Thurs: 12pm – 8pm

• Saturday: 10am – 4pm

• Days off: Friday & Sunday

2. Standard Weekday Shift (5 roles available)

• 2 days: 9:15am – 6:15pm

• 2 days: 9:15am – 5:15pm (Mon–Thurs)

• Friday: 9:15am – 3:15pm

• 1 in 4 Saturdays (when working a Saturday, you’ll get the Friday off)

Salary & Benefits:

• £26,000 basic salary 

• Monthly bonus plan based on appointments arranged

• 25 days holiday + bank holidays

• Office is 30 seconds walk from train & bus station

• Free onsite parking and close to the M60
