They are looking for a Contact Centre Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis to start asap. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assisting with a variety of queries related to the services and products offered by the business.Support processing claims, acting as the first point of contact to gather and verify information and manage the process from start to finish.Work closely with third-party organisations to resolve claims quickly and efficiently, ensuring the highest level of customer experience at all times.Profile / Qualifications
Ideally experience within the motor industry or insurance, however the business is open to other industries.Previous customer service experience and preferably prior work in a Contact Centre environment.Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Excellent team player.Job Offer / Benefits
