Consumer Duty SME/Outside Ir35/Part time 4 days a week £800 p/d/HybridOur client a large financial services company are hiring for a Consumer Duty SME.They are looking for a Consumer Duty subject matter expert to support an organisation wide programme focused on embedding and operationalising consumer duty across the society. Key Responsibilities:Act as the consumer duty SME across a large transformation programmeReview existing CD frameworks, policies and controlsAdvise on best practice approaches for embedding and operationalising CDDeliver training, coaching and knowledge sharing sessions when requiredWork with programme and business teams to ensure CD requirements are understood and effectively implementedEngage confidently with executive and board level stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendationsSkills andamp; Experience required:Proven expertise in consumer dutyStrong understanding of FCA regulations andamp; expectationsExperience working with or within regulatory bodiesTrack record of advising on consumer duty implementation and operationalisation programmesAbility to provide credible challenge and independent reviewExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsConsulting background or advisory experience would be highly advantageousReasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality are core values to us.
