This role is within the Quality Assurance Department (QAD), which provides assurance that key controls are designed and operating effectively, ensuring compliance with external regulations and standards, and internal procedures.We operate a flexible hybrid-working model in the team, focusing on supporting the service lines, with occasional travel to other UK-based offices.Responsibilities

Completing Consulting reviews with a focus on Risk and Governance, Forensic and Business Transformation solutionsSupporting other QA reviewers with reviews of other solutions, where necessaryCarrying out QA reviews and activities within Consulting to provide required assurance to the Consulting business and wider firmIdentifying and delivering feedback to relevant parties to support continuous improvement in quality, compliance and risk managementWorking with the Quality Assurance Associate Director and other QAD team members to identify and implement changes to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the departmentWhat we are looking for

ACA / ACCA / CIA qualification (or can demonstrate qualified by experience)Internal Audit experience or technical experience within the Risk and Governance, Forensic or Business Transformation solutionsGood oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues conciselyAbility to perform analytical-based testing and adapt review approaches to RSM and Consulting-specific risksA challenging and sceptical mindset with high attention to detailWhat we can offer you
