Consulting Director – Advisory/Search

OverviewWe are working with a credible search and advisory firm focused exclusively on Private Equity. Our client is seeking a Consulting Director to grow the Strategic Advisory and Headhunting service lines based in London.

Responsibilities

Build and sustain a network of Chairmen and CEOs within designated sectors (Consumer, TMT, Industrials, Business Services, Healthcare) to identify opportunities in pre-deal consulting, corporate finance and headhunting.

Leverage existing network and collaborate with management teams and investors in the private capital industry.

Qualifications

At least 10 years post graduate experience in executive search, project management and executing end-to-end search assignments, or experience within a consulting capacity.

Strong basic salary around £150k+, with excellent earning potential.

Tenacious, ambitious, and not wanting to be pigeonholed into only executive search.
